2. Lift the outriggers so that the semi trailer traction pin seat plate is about 10-13 mm lower than the center position of the traction seat of the truck.
3. Open the unlocking lever of the traction seat on the truck and open the traction locking mechanism.
4. Turn the truck backwards so that the semi trailer traction pin is guided into the opening of the locking mechanism through the V-shaped opening of the traction seat and pushes the locking block to rotate and lock the traction pin.
5. Connect the gas path. open the semi trailer connection disconnect switch on the truck head to make the trailer get enough air pressure.
6. Connect the circuit and insert the wire connection plug of the truck head into the wire socket of the semi trailer.
7. Operate the lifting leg correctly to retract it, then pull down the handle and hang it on the hook.

2> Separation operation:
1. Try to choose a flat and solid ground to separate the semi-trailer and the truck head. If the foundation is soft or the asphalt road is separated in summer, a thick wooden board should be placed under the base of the lifting leg to prevent the situation of reconnection due to sinking load.
2. Operate the lifting leg so that the base of the lifting leg is on the ground, then change the low gear and lift the semi-trailer with some clearance to exit the truck head.
3. Disconnect the plug from the semi trailer wire connection socket.
4. Turn off the flatbed semi-trailer air connection disconnect switch on the truck head, and then change the low speed position to remove the tractor’s air connector from the semi trailer.
5. Pull out the traction seat to unlock the lever, so that the locking block is opened.

1> Inspection before starting
Whether the tire pressure of the truck head and semi trailer is a predetermined value.
Start the engine and observe the barometer in the cab.
Push the handbrake of the tractor, you can hear the obvious rapid deflation sound, see the brake air chamber push rod retracted, and release the parking brake.
Check for air leakage in the air circuit and whether the braking system works normally.
Check whether the gas lamps are working properly and whether the electrical connections are well connected.
2> Getting started
After all inspections are determined to be normal, continue to make the brake system air pressure rise, and then start smoothly according to the operating requirements of the truck head, and check that the braking of the entire vehicle is reliable.
3> During driving
Prevent the semi-hanging braking system from being used for a long time to avoid the brake system pressure being too low and the emergency relay valve to brake the wheels automatically.
To prevent the brake drum from overheating on long or steep slopes, use the truck head engine braking device to brake as much as possible.
Pay attention to the height limit signs on the roads to avoid collision with the devices on the roads.
Loading containers
Before the high bed semi trailer are loaded into the container, the used turn lock head should be completely overlapped with the lock seat and fixed. Then the container is correctly placed on the semi trailer, and then the turn lock handle is turned lock the container vertically with the lock head and the lock seat.
Before unloading the container, the turn lock should be turned to the position where the lock head overlaps with the lock seat and fixed, and the container can be removed only after it is confirmed that the container is not locked.
