1.What is bottom canning?

2. Some important parts of the fuel tanker trailer

1.Bottom valve

The bottom valve, also known as the emergency shut-off valve, is installed at the bottom of the tank and is used when filling and refueling. It is easy to operate, time-saving, safe and environmentally friendly.

The pressure-balanced bottom valve is used for multi-silo tank trucks, and can be loaded and unloaded separately from different oil tanks. The three-way design simplifies the pipeline, reduces the load, and is easy to operate, safe and reliable.

2. Oil and gas recovery valve

The oil and gas recovery valve is a device that recovers the oil and gas generated when loading and unloading oil. It can be directly installed on the top tank body of the oil tanker, or it can be installed on the manhole cover.

It can be opened mechanically by a push rod and the submarine valve at the bottom of the tank, and it can also be controlled by the air source to open and close.

The oil and gas recovery valve can recover all the oil and gas generated by the volatilization of the oil during loading and unloading into the oil tank in the reservoir area, avoiding the leakage of oil and gas, and recovering the oil through other oil and gas recovery devices.

The gas is condensed and reused, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection.

3. European standard manhole cover

Also known as manhole cover, it is installed on the top of the oil tank, with built-in breathing and emergency exhaust functions, and can be installed on the manhole cover with oil and gas recovery valve, oil measuring hole, anti-overflow probe rod

Etc., the anti-overflow sensor system will automatically alarm when the liquid level reaches the detection position during the oil filling process, thereby stopping the oil filling. The built-in breathing valve makes the oil tank carry oil

During the process, the internal pressure remains stable and reaches a balance with the external pressure. The design of its dumping and overflow prevention keeps the tanker sealed in the event of an accident. Emergency exhaust device

When the pressure in the tank rises sharply, it will automatically open to release the pressure in the tank, thereby preventing the occurrence of accidents and greatly improving the safety of oil transportation.
