Details of producing 40ft flatbed

1.main beam

TITAN adopts the Low carbon high strength alloy steel Q345 to make the main beam of tri axle flatbed, it has a higher carry capacity and service life of more than 10 years.

TITAN use automatic submerged arc welding process to weld the main beam. There is no interface between the upper, middle and lower plates of the beam, so the flatbed tri axle trailer can ensure the integrity of the main beam and make the beam more solid and durable.

2. through beam

The 40ft flatbed has 6 beams under the floor plate, effectively ensure the flatness of the floor plate

3. side beam

The thickness of the side beam we made is 160mm, 100mm channel for through beam, and all of the through beam are supported by the Inclined support frame, and the distance of these frame no more than 500mm, which can ensure the trailer not easy to deform.

4. gooseneck double plat
